Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Scorpios Bazaar, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return most items to us (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund. Please note, our made to order items are are not eligible for return.
How to return your items
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request return authorisation. Some items are dispatched directly from our brand partners, and will have different return eligibility and a different return addresses.
We will respond within 48 hours to provide you with an authorisation code, returns form and returns address for your items. Please complete the returns form with full name and original order details, to ensure your package can be quickly identified and processed once received by our team.
Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice inside the package.
Attach the supplied return shipping labels to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel.
Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the predetermined day or drop off the parcel to a DHL Collection Point.
Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Made to Order Items
We hope you’re excited to order your made to order item! Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.
Please note: although customised items have a longer lead time, payment will be taken shortly after you place your order.
