Shipping delivery times & costs

Standard Shipping Delivery in 2-4 working days

Please consult the product page as some items may fall outside of these guidelines. 
DHL is our courier for most shipments unless another carrier is requested. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our UK warehouse, or from our brand partner.

This may mean your order is shipped in several parts.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. 

Our warehouse ships orders Monday to Friday and is closed for UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

All orders are sent at a flat shipping fee based on your location

Delivery times may vary depending on your order.

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order. So no additional charges will be applicable on delivery. 

If you are ordering from within your own customs region, import, you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at checkout. For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Scorpios partner for a refund.

Cancellations
To cancel your order please email us at customer@scorpiosbazaar.com. If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service. You can find more info on cancelling and returning orders in our Return & Refunds Policy.

We hope you’re excited to order your customised item! Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.

Please note: although customised items have a longer lead time, payment will be taken shortly after you place your order.
